hey dude! today i successfully retrieved my hotmail! LOL omg so touched after so many days of trying finally succeeded! I'm not sure actually which step did i do till i retrieve it. but you can try to email a complaint to secure@microsoft.com and when they reply you, see if you'll receive another email of validation to reset your password. coz for me, i clicked on the link they sent me after they replied me to change my password and after i changed it i can sign into my acc. Before this i tried the same method to change my password on the hotmail website and tried to sign in but failed. So you can try if you can retrieve it or not then. Good luck!
