Hmm. Interesting.

Peeked through couple photo albums of one of my Facebook friend.

Know what surprised me? How quickly things changed in a short year. The one that interests me the most? Friendships.

When we were all new, we put on a mask over our real personalities, hoping to meet and know new people, especially those who seem to always be in the upper echelon, the "it" crowd, as I would put it.

As time passes, some of us get tired of putting on that "mask", some of us just plain realise that we don't click as well with the very people we were trying to befriend. Thus, we drift away. That is when people get a rough idea who their close and real friends are.

Did this happen to me? You bet it did. But I didn't continue to try to force my way in, instead I made some of the best friendships ever in my life. Even though I'm kinda lonely now because of it, I've never regretted a second spent with them. I've learned and am assured that no matter where or how distinct your personality is, there are always a group of people willing to accept you, as a friend.

Human behaviour. Intriguing subject. Haha.
