Just So You Know That I'm Still Alive... X)

Hello ladies (if there are any reading my blog) and germs! Finally I decided to start lifting the suspension on my blog, but sorry to say that this doesn't mean I'll be posting as frequently as I can. ;)

So, FYI, it has been quite a busy period for us KTT-ians lately. As of now, both the 1.5 and 2 year (juniors) program students are sitting for their pre-AS exams while the 1 and 2 year (seniors) program students are awaiting for their pre-A2 exams which starts on the 28th. So, we are all shifting our focus into our studies, including myself, as I hope to get at least more than one A this time for my pre-AS and hopefully come AS time, it'll be 3As. :) If you wanna know, my housemates, who are all 1 year program students, are preparing for another exam, called entrance exams, in order to get into Charles University, Prague, to pursue their medic degree (different universities hold their entrance exams at different dates, for CU it's 9th April). So I guess it's kinda hard for them to balance between studying for entrance exams and their pre-A2. But I wish that they will all pass their entrance exams and get accepted in to Prague.

But, just before exams came to haunt us, our college held it's annual FESNI (Festival Seni or Performing Arts Festival) and FESKOTT (Festival Sukan Kolej Teknologi Timur or KTT Sports Festival). Our entire college was divided into four houses, namely Blue Sonic (mine), Red Dragon, Green Hornet and Cunning (kuning/yellow) Crawlers. For FESNI, events like modern dance, band, choir and so one were performed. All who took part really put in all of their effort to give their best performance possible, by rehearsing up til the wee hours in the morning. FESNI was really an eye opener, as I got to witness that KTT-ians can do more than just study. Haha. Instead of FESNI (was never much of a performer anyway) I decided to take part in just one event for FESKOTT, what else, but basketball. Thank God that we achieved our initial target of 2nd place, and we gave the eventual champions, the reds, a good fight for one quarter, although I'm still pissed at the yellow team for pulling themselves out of the match at the last minute. =.= And I'm proud to mention that my roommate, Joshua won the gold medals for 800m and 400m events. :)

But life hasn't been smooth sailing. It's always the things that seem little and insignificant that bug me. First of all, I just really can't get along well or make friends with my current classmates. To others, yes they might be funny and cute, but to me they're just a bunch of 'tards and sissys. I think everyone in the class likes that group of people except me and that's why I couldn't get along well with any of them. Even two of my ex-schoolmates who are in my same class have become like strangers to me, maybe I'm just not fun-loving enough for them I think? But I still think, I'd rather be alone and lonely than be someone who I'm not, and to those who think that way, "I was like, fuck you-ou-ou (ou-ou-ou)" (know the song? XD).

That's all bout what I think you need to know bout me now. I'll be resuming my monthly "The Road So Far" posts so stay tuned! ;)
